This neck rope is made with Signature Horse & Ropes rope, an exclusive polyester rope that is soft and pleasant to the touch.
With a diameter of 14mm, like our working lunge lines, the thickness of the rope makes it easy to hold.
We recommend the thick neck rope for a more comfortable contact for the horse.

Riding without reins is not insignificant; all stop, direction, and forehand and hindquarter control cues must be established. When you begin working without reins, a neck rope will be useful to communicate your requests to your horse in addition to your body weight.

Here are our recommendations for the sizes offered:
- 1m25: pony B
- 1m50: pony C, D, small slender horse, Arabian thoroughbred
- 1m75: horse from 1m60 to 1m75
- 2m: horse of 1m75 or draft horses
If you don't have a tape measure, take a lead rope and tie it in the way you want the neck rope to fit for riding. Measure the tied rope and select the closest size from the drop-down menu. We invite you to watch our tutorial video at the bottom of this page for more advice.
Custom manufacturing is possible on request. Custom-made items are charged +€3. Please note that custom-made products cannot be exchanged or refunded if the size does not fit.
Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C in a laundry net, with light spinning, to revive the color of your cord.
